::| Unlock Your Greatness - Tip #2 |::

Hi Friends!

We're 5 days into the New Year....How are you doing with your resolution? Are you still enthused, energetic and dedicated?

If you are...AWESOME! If not, your normal. Most people begin to slowly lose momentum from now until the 15th of January. By the 15th most resolutions have been aborted. But that doesn't have to be you. Matter-of-fact, It's not going to be you because I'm going to give you Tip #2 to Unlock Your Greatness.

Re-visit Your Goal....Daily

Basically, since you've already written your goal out, your half way there. It is said that repetition is the best teacher. And that is believed because humans are creatures of habit. Every behavior is a learned behavior. So by constantly repeating or reminding your mind of your goal- that goal will eventually become embedded in your mind. And your mind will begin to subconsciously work toward it.

sub·con·scious (sb-knshs)
adj.
Not wholly conscious; partially or imperfectly conscious: subconscious perceptions.
n.
The part of the mind below the level of conscious perception. Often used with the
.

Believe it or not, you were made to win! You were created to succeed. Your mind subcountiously works toward the things you think of the most. Have you ever heard the saying "You are what you eat"? Well actually, you are and you possess what you think of the most! Some of your best thinking got you to where you are today. Now whether that is a good or bad place, you did it!

Maybe the reason you haven't achieved your goal yet is because you haven't focused on it enough. My favorite book says:

"As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he." - Proverbs 23:7

What are you? And what have you been telling you, about yourself? Whatever it is, you can change it! By changing the way you think. After all, you weren't born with that mentality. You were taught it. So now, you can learn a better way to think. And it begins with your written goals and aspirations.
"If they think they can, they will." -Virgil
